A quick tour of the app
Follow these taps: Journal Home, Highlights, Photos, Studio, and Settings.
Spend two minutes tapping through the main areas. Use the screenshots as a checklist of what you should see.
Answer a prompt on Journal Home
- Tap Journal in the bottom bar, then Home at the top.
- Read today's prompt card and tap Answer this now.
- Write, dictate, or add a photo, then save.
- If you are not ready, tap Not now (snooze until tomorrow) or Skip (move on without answering).
- If you journal for more than one subject, switch subjects with the subject control near the top of Home before you answer.

Peek at Highlights, Photos, Studio, and Settings
- Still in Journal, tap Highlights at the top. Browse module cards (Pregnancy, First Year, Holidays, and more).
- Tap Photos in the bottom bar to open albums.
- On the web, open Studio in the sidebar to see book projects (desktop editor).
- Tap Settings (person icon) in the bottom bar to find Subjects, Notifications, and support links.
